Can't find Numinous Grimoire, Volume 2 [PC NA]

There's a mission in Apocrypha called Numinous Grimoire, Volume 2 granted by finding Cipher Dreyla in Apocrypha. . The marker fro the volume is SW of the Apogee Nadir wayshrine, fifty meters or so south of the entrance to the Central Orphic tunnels. The mission says 'Retrieve the Numinous Grimoire Volume'. I have completed the Volume 1 mission.

PC, WIndows 11, NA server.

Despite searching far and wide there is nothing at the marker location, nothing beneath it, and I just cannot find the book.

I suspect this is a bug?

Never mind. I went back to the corpse of Cipher Dreyla and it was in their backpack. No idea why I couldn't get it when I first got the mission, or why the marker was showing up as described above.

I am having the same issue, though the quest has been in my log for a while, and I don't remember where Cipher Dreyla even is! No idea why the arrow is pointing me to this locale.

I've given up on this quest and had to delete it as it seems to be broken. There is nothing to retrieve where it tells you to get the grimoire.

I found the body with its un-looted backpack again by looking at a zone map linked to an external site.Once I got near, the quest arrow correctly indicated the location of her body. I don't know why the quest arrow was indicating an incorrect, and seemingly random/unrelated, locale on the map previously.

It's not the first time I've run into issues with hinky quest arrows. I don't know of they are a bug or a feature (maybe some developers having a laugh over the poor, stupid players who just blindly follow quest arrows or something)?

AnnieK, the grimoire was separate from her body, in a lootable backpack lying nearby.
