'Lost' ability to make provisioning master writ. Recipe disappeared from recipe list.

On PC NA. Had a Provisioning Master Writ to make 8 of Orzorga's Smoked Bear Haunch. As I have the passive I only had to make '2' to do the full '8'.
Went to the cooking fire downstairs in the Inn in Mournhold. I accidently didn't increase the number from 1 to 2 to do it, so only created 4 of the Orzorga's Smoked Bear Haunch. But then when I tried to create the remaining 4, I noticed that Orzorga's Smoked Bear Haunch was no longer in my recipe list! Therefore I couldn't make the remaining 4?!?. I did notice that the highlighted Quest marker was still on the 'Delicacy' subsection heading, but the recipe wasn't in there anymore.
Logged out and in, and the recipe was still missing.
Went to another cooking fire in another province, still no recipe.

✭✭✭✭✭do you have a setting enable to hide recipes your missing ingredients for? last i remember i saw little checkboxes for that above where the recipe lists wereplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
