I was in-game working on inventory and got booted. The old message about a code being sent came up. After 30 min no code has been received. I checked my email with a test message and it is working. I checked my emial address in my Account via web and it is correct. It looks like there is no way for me to get any help with this.

Sometimes just trying to log in again works. Unfortunately you can get that message when you've entered the wrong password.

Another way is to log in to your ESO account through the website. The email sending is more reliable that way. Once you've entered the code there, you can log in to the game.

    Thanks Azura,
I have no trouble logging into the website, it's just the game. I did change my password on the website and it did not fix this issue. I just got anonther access code message. That did work last winter when I got caught in this bug.

So far, I can't play. I guess all I can do is wait and hope I get a code or can login.

What do I do if I'm not getting the Access Code emails?

    Thank you Bill,
I followed the FAQ and have my account working. Thank you. I will say I don't know what changed other than I changed my email. I never got an update code and suddenly I could login. I'm 70 and suspect a repeated operator error. I Just hope I don't do it again.
    Regards

This just occurred to me. I have fat fingers for real. Like almost 50% wider than any keybaord I ever used. I may have gotten some invisible character into the username. That would make a mess of things until I had to retype it at login. I have remember my username checked so the error would stick. I metion this in case someone else gets stuck like me. A suggestion is to have unkown usernames cited as an error when attempting to use them.
    Thanks
