PC NA Grey Host scoreboard broken, all factions still have 0 points

The scoreboard in the primary campaign on PC NA Grey Host is not working. Six hours into the campaign and all factions are still at zero points.
How can this be happening? Pretty bad timing too considering it's MYM right now.
