That's speculation. They have no way to know how many direct downloads were sold, because Zenimax hasn't released that information. Also, Zenimax is a privately owned company so they don't have to release it if they don't want to.2 -

Realistically, they *probably* will. But just keep in mind that they do not have any legal obligation to release them the way a publicly owned company does. The vg chartz people are just wild guessing. They do not have access to the real sales figures. Thats not speculation- Those are the distributers numbers and affiliates numbers. How many physical copies were sold is the only thing not their, and i speculate that most people bought the download and not the physical copy.

But they do NOT have access to the figures of digital sales from Zenimax itself, because they have not released that information. You're looking at sales from third party retailers which are not the majority of game sales for a game like this.2 -

Not really. Multiply 330k times the price of the game and then 15 a month. Im sure they sold copies beyond what vz chart shows but all top sales of a game ussually have lots of sales in the 3rd party as well and well....this game doesnt.
Its not a bad thing, it likely means that the youth went with titancall and other games and this game sold primarily in the adult and elder scroll fans genre...otherwise the zone chat would be filled with more colorful teeny bopper comments
If you look at the 3rd party sales for titancall and destiny, they are through the roof meaning they smashed this game in sales.
