Missing furniture plans.

I've been using Writ tokens to buy the Crafting Folios from the vendor to get the gold furnishing plans. The two provisioning station plans (Elsweyr grill and Solitude grill) didn't appear amongst my known recipes. After doing some research, they should be under the services tab, only I don't have a services tab (on any of my crafts). I've tried multiple crafting station with the same result.

Has this happened to anyone else? And what can I do about it?

do you have any filters enabled? because you need a provisioning station to craft those so you wouldn't see it if you have "have ingredients" enabled

I've had filters both: engaged, as if for a writ and all off to give the biggest range of options, as when making three ingredient potions. Didn't appear even with all the filters off
