The Bone Golem Boss Cernunnon in Falkreath Hold is still bugged (at least since last patch).
When his adds should spawn the 2nd time the encounter just resets over and over, making it impossible to complete the dungeon.

✭Is this ever going to get patched?! [snip], it reset itself four times before allowing us to complete.
