Cannot Access EU Server [Error 103] - [Issue Resolved]

I thought the server maintenance was complete, trying to access now but keep getting a 103 error (Failed to obtain server information). NA server works, as I can access my character there.

    Have you waited new ~3 min penalty before accessing different server?
