Cannot log in 1/31/2023

Game is stuck at first high isle loading screen. Any reason for this? Other games are working properly, not ESO.

I am now able to login. I cleared cache, unplugged everything, reset router, hard reset series S. Not sure as to the reason why, but it’s back to normal. Thanks Bill!
