I did a few tikets in the past, and i didnt recieve anny answer from you, but that automatic messaege that you recieved my tiket lol . NOTHING HAPPEN with my tikets !!! wtf is this ***? is there a suport or not? should i play the damn game knowing no one gives a *** on my problems??? Now i cant even play this game becouse my account is not autorized to be accesed on my comuter , and thats becouse i just reinstaled my windows!!! it says i need to wait like 10 minutes if i dont recieve anny e-mail with the code i need to acces my account, BUT I DONT RECIEVE ANNY E-MAILS FROM YOU !!! HOW MUCH SHOULD I WAIT ??!!! ALL THE DAYS LEFT ON MY PLAYING TIME??? You guys are ruining all the entusiasm i have for this game, and u push me to delete it, and ofcourse, spread where i can all these bad things u put me trough !!

    Usually those emails don't take more than a couple of minutes.

    - Make sure you are checking the right email account
    - Login directly to your email account, dont use email apps that need to download the mails.
    - Check your spam folder.

    If you dont receive the email (it happened to me) make it to resend the code just one time.

    same here for 12 levels now not a single god dam spell will rank up and i use the exact same 6 .... except my ultimate it's kewl it ranks up . had put all my skill points into passive effects just so i could keep playing without getting owned

    Hopefully we can somehow get some green attention on this thread so they can assist.

    However, making multiple threads yourself on the same issue doesn't help. All it does is create more work for them by giving them more to read. This is your second thread that I know of about the exact same issue.

    I've had to put in tickets both during beta as well as live. I didn't put in multiple tickets on the same issue and I waited. Everything was replied to eventually and resolved. Patience and one ticket only is the best method.

    You said yourself you put in a few tickets. Hopefully each ticket was for a separate issue or it just creates a backlog and makes it take longer for everyone else.
    You guys are ruining all the entusiasm i have for this game, and u push me to delete it, and ofcourse, spread where i can all these bad things u put me trough !!

    And for the record, quitting threads as well as threats, demands etc are against the ToS.

    I understand your frustration, we all have bad days, especially when you're paying for a service you can't access, but getting yourself in trouble won't make it any faster - it will just frustrate you even more.

    I recently failed to receive an access code, but did receive one after clicking the if you didn't receive a code option next to the submit button. Apparently it can happen that the process fails, but I wouldn't expect it to fail repeatedly.

    Perhaps if you explain the nature of the tickets to which you received no reply, the community can offer practical advice on how to resolve your original problems.

    Heuristic spam filtering will sometimes flag e-mail as spam if you get the same basic format over and over and over again repeatedly. ISP mail systems use this sort of filtering and sometimes might be blocking the mail.

    One thing you might try is setting up an outlook.com or yahoo.com or some external mail source, change the e-mail in your account and try the alternate source. If you get your mail at the alternate address, then yay for you but your main email is likely being blocked somewhere along the way.

    Also, to the OP, just one more thing, you know if you right click on the red underlined words it will really help your message get across more clearly.

    I've had the same issue for over a month, they emailed me that auto one that states they problem is resolved if nothing happens in 7 days... every 6 days I have to email them asking if they're ignoring or even acknowledge this issue of mine only to get basically the same reply... We forwarded it to the higher ups... I at least had a tech support from Diablo3 call me and try to fix an issue over the phone.

    The technical term for this is shennanigans, and there is no room for shennanigans when dealing with people, whether your a paying customer or not. No one has to put up with being talked down to.

    I was really fustrated, and i swear i got scared, that my game will END for me with this issue, couse i couldnt play it anymore untill it is solved, and as i didnt got anny responses from suport team with my previews tikets (that were diferent) i started to be kinda desperate :( . Anyway... thanks for your response guys, i apreciate all ur coments, and im sorry for my angry post, but if u were in my shoes... i think u would start feeling that arrow in the knee :) and how fustrated my situation was... but i know now i should be more patient and have a better atitude.

    I got even a nice response from suport, and now i feel i am able to trust them more and give them a litle more time to fix things, couse is obvious, there is alot to work on.
    Im sorry once again. Have a nice gameplay... whitch btw... IS AWESOMEEEEEE !!! :D

    I'm happy your attitude changed for the better :) And also happy you were finally assisted.

    At the end of the day, I try to remember the game is our leisure time, but the people we deal with for support - this is their job. I know how bad days at work make me feel so I try to remember that when dealing with support at any place.

    We all have our bad days though so hopefully if I have a bad day, someone will tell me to chill out and not get my tail in a knot.
