Losing progress in new zone after crash

I know the game is crashing a lot and there are already posts about it. But are people also losing the progress they made during the crashes? I know I crashed and had a rollback of about 5 minutes, including having to retune some attuneables. Each time my husband crashes it removes wayshrines and anything else he has discovered.

    Yup dozens of folk are losing progress as well

    This is A BIG PROBLEM!
    Why they do nothing to fix it?
    No maintenance?
