Have you tried optimizing the game through the Nvidia GeForce experience app? If so, turn off automatic optimization. If not, try using the optimization option.

Good catch
I had leftover reshade files from my PC's installation in there that I *thought* I had deleted when I redownloaded the whole thing. Apparently I mixed up the folders and - well, there we go. As I said, lack of sleep
