    Have you installed any addons yet or anything that would change the visuals of the game? (Reshade, Daybreak, etc)

    Have you tried optimizing the game through the Nvidia GeForce experience app? If so, turn off automatic optimization. If not, try using the optimization option.

    Did you actually install an nvidia graphics driver from their website or the app? If not, try that.

    I had leftover reshade files from my PC's installation in there that I *thought* I had deleted when I redownloaded the whole thing. Apparently I mixed up the folders and - well, there we go. As I said, lack of sleep ;)
