Can we get Dark Convergence set returned to its original 15sec cooldown? Its a useful set at 15 and not OP when compared to Rush of Agony!
Dark Convergence:
10m radius
25sec cooldown
Applies CC immunity
Rush of Agony:
10m radius
8sec cooldown
DOESN'T apply CC immunity!
Why nerf one so far and not the other? Either do both or return DCON back to 15sec where it was actually usable. At 25sec cooldown its basically a blank 5pc buff for 21/25secs!

I hate the set personally, but I think it could have been changed without destroying its intended use. They could have made it so that the radius of the set got exponentially smaller when you were grouped with or in the vicinity of other friendly players so that it would never be worth using unless you were playing in tiny groups or solo.
