    @ZOS_Bill this issue has been resolved with the help with Bethesda support

    It's internet service provider. While everything looked normal and speed test game bad extremely fast including download speed. I noticed steam wasn't downloading updates to other games fast. The speed was in in kbs not mbs.

    A power reset via isp resloved this issue. Mind you reset modem on own did not fix issue.

    It's *** communications with panoramic wifi and I am sure others have had to had these problems too.

    The issue is resolved for now
