video blanking out in game

I don't have this issue with any other game but my video seems to blank out during the game. Usually during fights, but also did it crafting once. The monitor is getting no signal, but I can still hear the audio in the background. No keys help or do anything. I have to turn off and on to get back. It's like the graphics card just stops working. I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560Ti. It's a 64bit win8.1 OS. I didn't get this during beta. I set some of my graphics settings lower, so hoping that might avoid the issue. Don't really see much different from high to medium.

    Hey,

Try running the launcher and the eso.exe itself in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3. Let us know how it works out.

That made no difference. I think I am having power supply issues. The lockups are mostly random since changing video cards. I am going to replace the power supply this week. Hoping that will resolve all my issues.

Possibly a driver issue did you try to roll back to a different version? I don't see why it would happen though unless you recently upgraded to a different version of the drivers.

I had this exact thing happen to me and fixed it by just deleting the Live folder in:

    %userprofile%\documents\Elder Scrolls Online

    Then running the launcher.

Hopefully that might be a quicker fix for anyone else with that problem.
