ESO not working after today's patch?

ESO has been having the "unable to determine current version" issue since new patch. tried closing it and reopening, running as admin, deleting the program data from launcher, deleting version from launcher, had to redownload stuff, still didn't work but it let me attempt to repair, and after repair still same issue.

I have also tried opening it directly without launcher, it just crashes when I do.

I got it to work. Mostly. there's some issues with the game still but it's minor. (no player character voices)
