Error 334

Getting Lost Lobby Connection all morning long. I can login, but after that takes forever to load, then goes to 334 error.

Specifically happens when in Exile's Barrow in Wrothgar, then attempting to leave the barrow...Error 334.

    I had this problem for couple weeks (PC EU) in random moments when loading screens occured. Last's week patch finally solved this for me and I was really happy - whole week without any problems. But of course after yesterday maintainance it's happening again.

    I tried every troubleshooting solution, searched web and I saw that random people had this issue since spring (usually not for whole time). I 90% sure that's problem in game side, because problem starts or ends always after maintainances. Also it's always worst when there are peek hours with many players. For some reason when I don't change zone for many hours (during housing) everything is ok - game connection is perfect, but when I change zone - it's randomly happens - so for me it obvious that happening on game side.

    I wanted to submit a ticket, but when I was in half way of describing whole problem I found out that there is character limit and I can't write more so I rage quit this :P To be honest I don't even believe that support can help me with this and I don't have time and nerves for corporate facade actions (no offence, I just know how it works). I just wanted to point that there are serious problem - maybe most players don't have it, for some of us have so I really have hope that this new servers (announced with Blackwood reveal stream) will be soon a thing.

    We recommend that you still submit a support ticket if the error continues. For the ticket you can always update it again after its been submitted.

    I'm having the same problem. Fixed it by using a VPN, but now the same is happening with the VPN. I shouldn't have to purchase a VPN to play a game. It's been around a week now and I've done everything including a clean install. Logging into game is fine, but the moment I try to load a character, it gives me error 334. With all the posts regarding this issue one would have thought the company would have taken notice. Close to unsubscribing as I can't play. (Steam, EU Server)

    Same issue with crashing and yes ticket #210922-004150 is open since 22.09.2021. Reinstall of the game. Playing with and without addons, ...

    Up to the moment I got the response to do the troubleshooting from the website and than that my ticket will be looked over by a special team. I think it would be helpful I you would do a statement that you are looking and if possible tell uns what the reason could be and if we can do anything... So a real error and an error log would be really nice...

    If it is the ISP we would need to know what to say to them. If I call them now, they will tell my my internet ist working fine. So as long as I don't know what the problem is, it is really difficult to improve.

    Yep..I am having the same problem, did what they suggested already but some instances just give me error 334. I played 2 hrs just fine until going into the dungeon or thieves thrifting area.. and then it stays stuck on this error for a day and then it's back again.. this time a dungeon instance.
