Against all hope quest bugged/repeat

So I just killed Nokvroz, dagon apeared, Lyranth ported me to fargrave and now it's telling me to rescue the anchorite and fight Nokvroz. Again.

Edit: Second time is the charm I guess. Had to do the entire quest twice.
