Since my original message was locked and a couple of the others on similar issues got locked, I'd like to remind everyone that some of us still can't play the game since update 32. I've tried every thing I could think of (and I'm an IT person myself) every possible fix mentioned here on the forums, gone through all the troubleshooting steps that Bethesda support has offered and still can't run the game. And now with the weekend coming, I suspect I won't even get another response from support until Monday as it now says "Waiting on agent".

I've also posted this to Steam's support and haven't gotten a response yet.

Thanks for your response and checking for me.

Just for sport and amusement I installed the game on my wife's PC, which I built at the same time I built mine, same motherboard, processor, same memory size and type but from a different manufacturer, same video board but her's has 2 GB more memory. Both have SSD drives and both have Windows 10.

The game runs on her computer with my account. I did notice that on first start on her PC it went though all the EULAs, and other things, but didn't do that on my when I did a full uninstall and reinstall.

Not sure this tells me anything other than my account is fine and the issue most likely isn't hardware related. But hey, at least I got my daily reward! lol

Just a quick update. Over the weekend I installed the game on my wife's computer. I built her computer and mine at the same time, same cases, motherboards, processors, video cards, memory, etc, etc. The game runs on hers but crashes on mine. I've had 6 or 8 contacts with Tech Support so far, most of them just doing basic troubleshooting. This morning they said that others were having this same problem and they were going to send info back to the developer. They asked me for game consultant reports from both mine and my wife's computer. Hers right after the game ran and mine right after it crashed. I've just now supplied those reports. Hopefully all of us who have been affected by this will get a good result soon.

@3rdpig Hey man give this a try, Open the command prompt, choose run as administrator. Copy and paste these two lines: bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF bcdedit -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF, then hit enter after each line, and then close the command prompt and restart your computer. Let me know if that fixes your problem!

Thanks, that worked. At least I'll get to use a little of my ESO Plus sub before it runs out on the 25th.

And it's been so long since I had to put in an unsigned driver that I can't even remember what I did it for. Well, I guess I'll find that out eventually since it won't work anymore. lol

    Thanks again!

@FistOfMuffins Thanks again. I found out what the unsigned driver was for pretty quickly, it's a USB driver for a 3D printer control board I'm using. When I reinstall the driver Windows goes back into Test Mode and I can't play the game. Not that big of a deal now that I know what it is, I can install the driver on a laptop.

I bet the developers know the game won't run when Windows 10 is in Test Mode. I wonder why they didn't bother telling anyone that?
