Ever since the update I have not been able to launch ESO at all, when on the launcher and I press "Start", it says its running but nothing happens, there is an idle process in the Task Manager but nothing is working. I have already tried: Doing a clean shut down and restart of my computer, repairing the game, adjusting settings in the Usersettings.ini, made ESO an exception to antivirus and firewall (even disabled them at one point to test it), made sure DirectX was updated, ran ESO as Admin, etc, and still nothing.
I have already made a support ticket, and sent the DxDiag/msinfo32/Game Consultant Report; wondering if anyone here has experienced the same thing and has a potential fix.
"live folder": <your windows documents folder here>/elder scrolls online/live/
-> Whenever below I speak of "live folder" the above mentioned one is meant!
<your windows documents folder here>: You can find it by typing this into a file explorer's (not internet explorer!!! Press WIN key+E on your keyboard to open the file explorer) address bar: %userprofile%\documents
Also try to rename the file "live folder"/UserSettings.txt
And delete the file "live folder"/shader_cache.cooked
You can try to manually start the game without the launcher.
The eso64.exe is located in your game install directory, subdir The Elder Scrolls Online/game/client/
If you start it you should see the eso63.exe in your Task Manager -> Processes at least and could check if it does anything (CPU usage > 0).
Try to add this file to your antivirus exclusion list or ransomware protection whitelist/exclusion list.

Update your drivers. If you use an intel CPU there exists an intel update tool called "Intel support ssistant"

For AMD: I'm not sure but I bet there exists something similar.

The SensAPI.dll is not part of the game but of the OS, and therefore not delivered with it. For some (yet) unknown reasons, it currently can't be found on some computers by the game client. This is discussed here. As quick fix, you can copy the file from the "C:\Windows\System32\" directory into the "[gamefolder]\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\" directory and the error is gone.
