Windows 11 game doesn't start & sit in task manager tray at 0% usage

Tried repair, restarting computer, deleting addons, updating drivers, antivirus, run as admin, firewall, launch directly from eso64.exe nothing work
The game just doesn't start when hitting play and give no errors either, task manager says its launched but it stays at 0% CPU/GPU usage and never change

Got the same problem (look my thread) on Windows 10 and im still waiting for ZoS to acknowledge the problem. A trouble shooting link is not helpful because the game worked fine before the update so it had to be a problem with the update itself.

KilianDermoth✭✭✭✭I have the same issues since the last patch and nothing helped so far. I originally had it also at Windows 10, tried Windows 11, same and back to 10, still the same, so its not a Windows 11 only problem.
