Xbox Series X Console crash.

Two separate times when applying CP the game has frozen and completely crashes the Xbox Series X. If more users have experienced this it need to be addressed ASAP because it can cause damage to the hardware.

This happened to me last night again. I’ve had the Series X since January and this issue only really popped up after console enhanced I think. I’ll be on my CP screen, resetting or even just checking slottables and hitting B to back out, game will freeze momentarily and then the entire Xbox shuts off (not game.. the console hard crashes). This has never happened with any other game or with my console in any other situation (including the first 6 months of this year I had this console) and I’m concerned ESO is slowly killing my Xbox…

Yeah, this has been going on for months now, basically since the console enhanced update, but I do remember guild mates having issues beginning with the CP 2.0 update.

No acknowledgement as of yet, just suggestions to uninstall and reinstall the game which doesn't solve the problem.

This is very concerning recently New World was linked to killing specific versions of GPUs because it overloaded in menus. Since the Xbox is hard crashing from the specific menu it is obviously hitting a safety cutoff value. I would be happy to send console logs if contacted by ZOS.
