Too much glow from certain bits....

Hi

This has been an ongoing issue for me for a long time but I've just dealt with it.
However, in Black Drake Villa it's a real problem as there are parts where I just can't see anything and it's really starting to get on my nerves now.

Graphics drivers are all up to date. nVidia GTX 1660Ti
In game video settings shown below with screen shots.

Turning Bloom on makes it worse. Planar reflection setting makes no difference....

Any ideas?

    Ran a repair - no luck, issue persists.

    do not use alсast's optimization tips. Reset your UserSettings.txt.

    Never have used them.... however I deleted my user settings file and let it re-generate at game start up and so far looks like it's working as it should be!
