Stuttering lag for 2-3 seconds after load screen after today's patch

After today's patch, after every load screen I have screen stuttering lag for 2-3 seconds while my character moves, then it smooths out .. I disabled all my addons and reloadui and its still happening .. I have the new multithreading beta enabled after I first saw this and restarted the game with that but it didn't fix it ..

    stuttering went away ... there was a patch overnight but dunno if that was what fixed it
