linked provisioning recipes?

Hi all,

I wish to know if there is linked to character provisioning recipes?
Or can we make a level 50 provisioning with a lvl1 character?

    You can have a low level alt with maxed provisioning. It's what I've done. My main is level 48 and has been getting ingredients and recipes based on the area he's searching containers in. My alt is level 7 and has 50 provisioning, but I'll have to level him just a little more to get all the important skill points.

    That's just what I have done, thanks.
    I just hope that purple recipes vet5 will not be linked to the character... :D
