@ZOS_Adrikoth , the link you provided for troubleshooting doesn't address the issue the OP is having. From the character select screen I can select and then enter the world without a problem on one character but then if I select another and try to enter the world the game crashes. Once back at the character select screen any attempt to enter the world on that same character results in another crash.

If this were a driver, windows update, graphics setting, client repair or an addon problem then it would occur on all characters, not just when switching characters.

If the crash troubleshooting that was posted above does not help, the next step will be to open a ticket with customer support for further assistance.

I tried all above to no avail. But once I was able to login to every character by restarting each time, I have not had the same problem since.

We appreciate the update on what has stopped the game crashes. With the game now working, we've decided to close this thread going forward.
