Is the bank/merchant freeze fixed?

Us lowly plebs on console would like to know if the1-3 second freeze when doing any sort of inventory or bank management is fixed on pc today?
In addition to the regular console lag, the freeze makes it almost unbearable.

Mithrazielle✭✭I am tentatively thinking they have a patch coming on 8 June- they can't do it sooner because of other things already in the works- but that's what I've heard. I'm waiitng for confirmation from ZOS.0 -
