Keeps Crashing in Cyrodiil

My game keeps crashing in Cyrodiil in the past 2 days.
sometimes it could be as frequent as TEN times in 2 hours.

Disconnection from Cyrodiil server again today once I get close to a keep and there are a few enemies nearby (just a few)...
I play in Cyrodiil almost everyday and it was the most terrible experienced in these two days.
It never happened like that before. I know Cyrodiil servers aren't good and there could be occasional crashes, but should not be that frequent.

The game worked completely fine in PvE zones (and also IC), but once I entered Cyrodiil, the crashes occurred extremely frequently.

I submitted a service ticket but only received reply like thanks for reporting the potential bug and the development team will investigate.

Can we know in general why Cyrodiil usually performance so bad comparing to other zones?
Please at least tell us the potential key reasons of the problem. Thanks.

More information:
Usually if there are more than a few players nearby and fighting, my game crashes. It was fine if I was soloing resources (fight NPCs). Sometimes 1 v 1 caused crash too...
It happened especially frequent near keeps.

I cannot do the kill 40 daily quest because the ping hiked to at 700s or 999+ once I fought enemies and I got disconnected soon.
Even if I didn't fight, the game still disconnected simply if there are a few players nearby.

Let me reiterate, it never happened in the past. I did not change any computer settings. I have no any add-on.

Messages about no connection to server showed up a few times. Sometimes there were messages mentioning unknow error / some kinds of errors occurred (I can't remember the exact wordings...)

I never encountered disconnection so frequently in the past, so there might be something wrong with Cyrodiil. I tried BGs and IC too and they worked kind of fine (a bit laggy but no disconnection). PvE zones worked much smoother, so I just left Cyrodiil and did some antiquities & cleaned up my survey maps...

I usually play in Cyrodiil... Now I can play in everywhere but Cyrodiil...

To be honest I don't care if I cannot enter BGs or IC or all dungeons / trials...
Hope it can be fixed...

Still 999+ ping and disconnection once entered Cyrodiil and there is a fight nearby.

A warning showed up saying that unable to connect to server.

No idea what's going on.

Terrible experience I've never met in any game.

It's not prime time and I have no idea why my game keeps disconnecting ONLY IN CYRODIIL.

Crashed Again... this time the message shows:

"An error Occurred"

I just tried to do big pulls of over 50 NPCs in Skyreach and the game worked absolutely fine.

If there are, say, a 3 v 3 PvP small fights in Cyrodiil next to me, the ping will rise to 999+ very soon and the game will crash.

The more enemies are nearby, the more serious the problem will be.
It's better if a few players of my faction are nearby and no fight is going on.

I've never seen that before...

Any possible reasons?

I know the troubleshooting website and I tried quite a few methods already. It doesn't help. It's only taking about general latency.

As I mentioned multiple times, the crash only occurred in Cyrodiil in the past few days.

For example a doctor suggested that in general if you're thirsty, drink water. I know that. My condition is, once I reach only a particular street in the past few days, no matter what time it is, I'm dehydrated immediately.
There must be something especially related to the street...

Have you tried running a repair through the launcher? One possible cause could be corrupted game files associated with the area where the crash is happening. If you've already done so and the crash continues, you may want to try a complete reinstall of ESO.

Oh I've not tried this option yet. That's great I'll do it and see if this helps.

No repair icon found.... I guess that's because I'm on Steam.

is there any way to download the official launcher? after logging in the website "https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/users/account", I couldn't find the download icon...

Can I download the launcher only or should I uninstall the whole Steam version?

Do you see an option for "GAME OPTIONS" in the launcher?

If so, clicking this should bring up an option for running a repair of the game files.

Thank you for the update that running the repair has stopped the crashes from happening. With the issue resolved now, we will be closing out the discussion.
