As a starting point, we recommend going through the steps outlined in the help article below.

What do I do if ESO is crashing with the error "ESO has stopped working"?

I had already done most of those steps except adding ESO64.exe to the games. fixed that now. I will test this again tonight sometime after our trial. But I must note that I am not getting the message "ESO has stopped working." Just opening my banker to do a transaction has caused the game to crash and at times while I was actually depositing or withdrawing from the banker.

As I said I will test this again after our trial tonight and leave a response as to whether or not it is fixed or continuing.

Thank you for your response. Its much appreciated.

After adding ESO60.exe to the graphics settings, as was suggested, I did not have any crashes tonight while accessing my banker like I had over the past 3 or 4 days. This was after doing my writs on 11 characters and accessing my banker as I usually do after turning in my writs.

If it happens again I will let you know. Thanks for your response.

Still getting crashes. Happened once yesterday and again just a couple of minutes ago. Was using my banker depositing items and crash to desktop with no warning. Screen froze and then bang I was out. This has been happening at least once a day if not more. always crash to desktop with no warning or ESO Fail message to describe what I was doing at the time. This has been a daily occurrence since FAB drop. And I am seeing it happen to other players while we are in group doing content.

As a note, this is still happening after adding ESO64.exe to my graphics setting as instructed.

Since the troubleshooting with the executable did not help, please go ahead and open a ticket with customer support if you've not done so yet.
