Crash on Launch

i can't launch the game it just keep crashing as soon as i hit Play i crashes very annoying. Used to just do it once in awhile now it won't let me play

Just finished repair still doing it and i checked my Drivers and windows and they are all up to date. Its been an issue in the passed but normally it works after a few attempts. Sadly not today
