Purchased DLC, money has been taken from bank but i havent recieved the DLC.

I purchased greymoor about 10 hours ago, the money instantly left my bank account but i didnt recieve a purchase confirmation email, and it hasnt activated on my ESO account. Has anyone experienced this before?

    It seems to me that I have heard of this on consoles when Microsoft or Sony doesn't poke ZOS and let them know you bought it.
