Character stuck in Wailing Prison 'Soul Shriven in Coldharbour' quest

Hi,

My character is currently stuck in Wailing Prison after a dungeon queue popped and ported me from the instance (I had done some of the area after the prison and am at a stage where I need to talk to Lyris who is in the next area - Blood Forge). Now I am stuck in the prison with a door to the Blood Forge that cannot be opened. /stuck command reloads me in the same zone. I cannot teleport to guildmates, group/friends, houses (both owned and preview in the crown store), attempted queues for Dungeons, BGs, and Cyrodil and nothing works... I have a ticket number 200411-003424 that is currently open after I got told to just try to unstuck... Which I had already done. Any help on how to get out and complete this quest/make my character actually playable again would be appreciated...

    Wait, the Tutorial?

    I did not even know you could use the GF until L10.

    This character can't have too much time invested. Just delete and start a new one. You can even grab the same name.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    It's a level 50 with plenty of hours invested in it. In order to do the main quest you get ported back there.... I'm not deleting my character, it has a lot of gear (yellow'd) with a bunch of motiffs and gold...

    Oh yea, that is a relatively new thing to have happen. I think I have done it once, but sprinted through the tutorial part.

    Hello,
    I'm sorry to dig up this old post but I have the exact same issue as Callum had.
    I joined a dungeon queue, started the quest, the dungeon started in the middle of it. Now, I'm back to the wailing prison but stuck because Lyris isn't there anymore and the door is locked...
    I can't port out and even after using the /stuck option, I'm still in the same room with the same locked door. Could you help me please?
