Fullscreen mode on second monitor?

Since some time (The Reach or Western Skyrim, IMO since The Reach but not 100% sure) this feature is unavailable, at least for me. Two displays, nVidia card, DVI 24" and UHD HDMI 26". And the game runs fullscreen only on 1st monitor (24"). Now I run it in windowed mode and on every start I move it to the second monitor.

Can this feature be returned to previous state? Is there an option in the user settings or some other workaround?

Oops. I am stupid. Just played a bit with setting ant the third option Windowed (Fullscreen) showed full screen.

But when I start the game it always starts in first display. Can this be fixed, i.e. can display number or some x/y coordinates be stored somewhere?

Now I start the game, press Alt-Tab to enter Windowed mode, move the window to second display, Alt-Tab again and then login.

If I'm not mistaken it just defaults to your primary monitor. I don't know of a setting to change that off the top of my head.

For me, ESO always opens on the left most monitor (i have 3). I'm guessing it's because of the desktop spanning 3 monitors and the left one has the lowest x-coordinates.

I only see the width and height in UserSettings.txt, but maybe there's a setting one can add to specify an x/y offset.

Well, for me it opens on the right monitor. The wrong one :-(

There are some suggestions in this thread which may help you get ESO to start on the correct monitor.
