Eso-Steam link failing

I bought the greymoor edition on steam sale and I also have the base game on ESO(which I use to play). Now when I try to open game through steam and link my account, I get error saying "account linked to other steam account ..etc" . But there is no steam account in ESO account> linked-accounts. What can I do?

Hi thanks for the reply, I did make a ticket and the agent replied that they cannot help me with unlinking. The ticket number is : 201202-001498
