Hi,

I had already made a thread requesting to make sure that whom I requested get back to me did indeed get back to me but instead it was the same rep who basically said they are the end all be all in the way they phrased it. Is it better to @ on Twitter, FB or call in?

I'm a bit annoyed that such changes were made without at least giving a head's up. So these changes are what come with the Microsoft acquisition? No changes huh, except in customer service? (FYI, forum team is great, but I am talking about the context of the emails in this ticket).
