Thank you EOS CS, just had the gold I lost in the Bank Bug. I now can afford to buy more slots. I'm not sure the bug is fixed so will leave the bank alone for now. Still I want to say Thank you.

    Still havent been refunded and ive put in several tickets. I also lost at least 50k in items that I hope I get back, but I doubt it. The way they worded the last response was that it was very time intensive to restore items (as in we arent going to do it).

    I have gotten that response a lot from ESO CS about different issues... they are lacking in that area. Hopefully when the game gets its kinks worked out they will improve that department.

    Becareful and fully read the emails you get from CS, one will ask you for , your name, email addy, and char name that was effected. Email back that info, make sure its from ESO cs and not a hacker too. They will not ask for your pass either.

    Update. Received 55k gold to purchase bank upgrades, but thats only about half of what I had invested. They elevated the ticket to another person to have them look at how many upgrades I had purchased and lost, and hopefully they will reimburse me for the rest. The guy was nice, and I understand there is only certain things that they are able to do without elevating tickets, but its just frustrating that I have to submit ticket after ticket to get a problem fixed that they created. Their initial response was that everything would be automatically restored.

    Also, they werent able to restore or compensate me for the 60k in materials I lost. They made me submit another ticket to a different place in the help menu. I received an email back from them saying the other guy was supposed to be taking care of it, and promptly closed it out. I replied that I was doing as the other rep had told me, and I still havent heard back from them. Really considering calling and finding out what the hell is going on. Why am I having to constantly submit tickets, be given the runaround for weeks, and still dont have all of my upgrades back or any of the items lost? How hard is it to go in and look at what was lost? I gave them the exact date and time it happened...


    Very frustrating. Feels like their customer service is taking a nosedive because there are so many bugs going on.
