I submitted my issue via support ticket the other day and have not received any response. I am missing over 21,000 crowns (just purchased on 7/28 that I did not spend a single one of and account is at zero)
Later that evening I log in, and get prompted with a unknown IP (bios did have an update, not sure how/if would affect), receive the email code, enter, login and find account sitting at zero crowns, and all the furnishing items that I was placing and looking at placing but didnt at forgetmaster which were placed into Banker, now are gone.
I have responded to my original ticket 200718-000971 that I closed asking to reopen and look into the matter but that was days ago and no response. Created another ticket for forum access, got that straightened out, but I feel like the original ticket is getting no exposure due to closing it at one point and I want to make sure someone looks into this. At this point over $150 of my hard earned money has well.. been stolen from me. So I would really appreciate someone reaching out and letting me know this is being looked into.
