Unable To Get Last Saved Data

Hi, I'd like to report that I can't play the game. I have checked both my internet connection and ran an Xbox Connection test, both are working fine.

When I try to use other apps or games on the Xbox, those work fine too.

Is this server related? I'd like to get back to the game so I can finish some of the event quests, thank you for your time.

    After power-cycling my Xbox before trying to logg in again; I now seem to be getting this message.

    The game simply won't start.

    I appreciate any help, thank you.

    If you've not done so, please go ahead and completely uninstall ESO on your Xbox followed by reinstalling the game. This may help fix these errors getting ESO to start.
