Black screen on PS4 EU server

Is anybody else experiencing a black screen of death? It can happen at anytime or place in ESO right now it's mostly in Cyrodiil. The screen goes black, you can still hear people talking but are unable to do anything except reset the game. It is not my internet or my PS4 I can play other games without this issue.
