It's become increasingly apparent from the crazy crafting temper prices that there are tons of gold buyers. Face it there are hords of online gold sellers making a fortune so far in this game that they run rampant all over the place.

And to be absolutely honest sometimes it looks darn tempting when you see these bots advertise in chat stuff like 20,000 gold for 5 bucks. As a solo player i cannot afford to buy green tempers at ridiculous prices like 200 gold per unit. And harvesting enough ore these days is rather challenging with all these teleporting hacker bots all over.

    its not that bad, report them and move on. enough people do that and theres no demand for it. I've never gone out of the way for mats, and only sell whites to vendors, grab traits as much as i can and have a pretty much lax attitude towards crafting and i have almost maxed the 3 i decided to somewhat focus on.and i'm currently level 46. hell, i dont even complain in chat, as soon as i see a message to do with selling, its ignore and report, same with the sudden increase in mail spam.don't know if you on EU or US, but blue and purple tempers go for 1.5-2k, crafting is so easy and relaxed everyone does it to some extent, the prices are not so bad, and they seem to be dropping weekly.

    Assuming everyone is a Gold Buyer? That's bad. I made 250k in around 6 hours yesterday. Abuse the market before it goes down.

    Gold buyers are why gold sellers stick around. So the next time people complain about the spam, put the blame where it belongs. On the people driving that market and encouraging the gold sellers to stick around.

    what do you mean? 200 gold for honing stones(or other green level improvement items) is fine. I can make that back on my way to do a quest. I have also bargained it down to sometimes like 150 or even 100. fine prices.

    EDIT: though I do agree gold selling/ buying is a problem.

    you know there are a few addons that auto filter out any gold spam chat. True they do not report or ignore the spammer. But i havent seen a gold spam since head start ended because of the addon, and its beautiful.

    I have not seen a gold spammer in a week, and I have no addons. I guess I just ignored them early enough before they figured out the tricks to hide there names. I also love it when they invite me to a guild. then they give me the option to decline AND ignore their account!

    That is not a ridiculous price. I can certainly see myself buying a couple tempers for 200 each if I wanted to upgrade a piece of gear right away and didn't have them on hand. 200 gold is nothing, and I'd never even consider buying gold and don't do anything in particular to try and earn it either.

    200 is a lot? lolwhat, thats nothing..

    regardless they are not that hard to get for free.

    you know that anyone that did the exploit bug will probably be banned and have their duped stuff and gold confiscated right?

    I hope so. Better than having a messed up economy. No, I didn't dupe. Didn't even know how I just know what to farm at the moment. :wink:
