Witches Festival - Peers-Through-Glass - Delve boss does not drop any Plunder Skulls

Peers-Through-Glass, the boss of the Shrine of the Black Maw in Shadowfen is not dropping Dremora Plunder Skulls or regular Plunder Skulls. It appears this delve boss has had a history of issues with drops per https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/3412934.

I thought so yesterday when it happened so I left and went to another delve and got my Dremora Plunder Skull instead. Went back again to test again today. Waited around for multiple respawns of the boss and it never dropped.

GrumpyOldOrcSoul ShrivenBumping this because it's still happening in the 2025 Witches Festival, no event tickets or drops. I popped in there since I was in the vicinity, she's the first boss I'd fought for the day, and I tried fighting her again after the five minute respawn in case there was some problem the first time. I've also submitted a ticket from within the game.
