I Don't know how many bugged quests I have come across, re-logged, re-loaded UI, Re done the god damn quest, and nothing will work, you do a bug report and get no response, not even an automated one, when you get someone to FINALLY email you back DAYS LATER, its generic nonsense saying there is no issue, have a good day ... I guess I should have read the fine print where it says, support is not offered for this game !?!?!

I have been waiting a week for a 1 hour phone call qeue now as well. And to that I got an email response 4 days later saying, its not an issue, because I canceled my sub... Lol OF COURSE I CANCELED, why should I pay for this, why did I pay for this is the better question ... I truly expected better from Bethesda...

    Btw im level 45 with almost no quests left, because I cannot complete any I have due to them being bugged ...

    Its faster to grind in this game than to quest for the most part lol... Besides less downtime, less bugged quests to deal with. The only problem is you get skill points from some quests, so you miss out on that if you grind.

    The worst Customer Support System/Structure i have ever seen, im not complaining about the people who are helping us, im complaining about the ones with a higher paygrade

    I was impressed with the support during beta and early access. One thing I actually liked was to receive e-mails about my support tickets a few hours after I sent them. Although it was usually the same copy / paste stuff, it actually said the name(s) of the employee(s) who wrote the e-mail. That was kind of nice. I felt like a real person actually looked at it, whether they did actually or not.

    However, now I just get an immediate automated reply as soon as I report a bug or player. I feel like the human element of the support just disappeared.

    And I remember their first e-mails said something like "We're not going to pass off your e-mail to a dwarven automaton."

    But now they kind of are.

    What I want to know is why there are hundreds/thousands of other people with issues stemming back since early access (like the OP's), but the minute someone posts a new topic with their complaint, they get a yellow sticky saying their issue is being addressed, versus those who post in the official threads to compile information and get jack. This is the sixth thread for the past few hours where that has happened.

    So what Zenimax is saying is that we should all post our own threads for each and every issue we have before we get the service we have laid down money for?

    I put in tickets for 2 different quests that cannot be completed due to the turn-in NPC not being available. Ive only been contacted regarding one of the tickets. Its been 3 days since I replied to the email, and have yet to hear back.

    Go get the skyshards in Cyrodiil. That will give you a bunch of skill points.

    So, I am stuck with the army of meridian quest, it has been bugged for me for days, I rescued the mage chick, I rescued the king, but because it didn't give me credit for following the path, or I couldn't do it properly. It will not complete the quests, I have dropped and re done, but obviously since its not allowing me to go through the proper path, I need support from a game manager, or whatever they are here... Still waiting on one for days ... Cannot go to the veteran zone as a result.... So until ESO devs want to help me, I have progressed as far as I can.

    The ridiculous loading times for PVP, or just not loading in at all ... 30 minutes on a loading screen is too much, spending 45 minutes to try to get into PvP is too much...

    I would hope zenimax cares about having a loyal customer base, and would extend our 30 day free play by another 30 days, as this has been a terrible 11 days so far. Very little support, very little appearance to care, very little fixes, ALOT more of the game broken by trying to fix.

    I would also like to know if there is a MASSSSSIVE patch that will be shutting the game down for a period of at the rate zenimax does anything, a week ? ?

    Overall this game is pathetic : (... Sorry to see this out of a game I had higher hopes for especially with all the examples of successful and unsuccessful games, having a lot more chance to learn how to appease a customer base, obviously you cannot make everyone happy that is impossible, but as it is obviously seen it is very easy to make everyone unhappy.

    They are going to leave. That is the point. If Zenimax doesnt want them to leave then zenimax will give them free time.

    I should have stated it if you think the game isnt good enough to pay for dont expect them to give it to you free. This is a paid sub game.

    tip:
    search duffy website for skyshard s... try to get the skyshards u left behind and in the process, you will find numerous of dungeons, quests and stuff, u didnt knew there there.

    I was in the same position, but not because of bugged quests, relog always works for me, except of 2-3 quests... Its because the game does not have multiple quests and alternatives, u have to do all, so I couldnt find quests to do... I had to spend hours of searching for some quests to get my lvl. I finally lvled up in cyrodiil... I picked an empty campaign and I quested there without pvp!.. lol

    Now that I am a veteran, its different. I also start getting all my skyshards and I found many things I couldnt find before!.

    Basically ESO at this point, has the precise amount of quests to get 50, nothing more and nothing less, but u have to do ALL (in the pve world) because cyrodiil has a huge ammount of quests!. It would be great if they give us some alternative paths in questing... We didnt found a quest, but we can do another. A suggestion could be the small villages and towns... When u save them, the npcs there, can give you some quests to rebuilt.. Thats cute.

    They may give in the feature.

    ps: Now that I am leveling my alt, I am very careful, NOT TO LEAVE an area, if I dont do all... lol

    Im sure as the game progresses they will add more content for low level as well as high. Game has been officially released for 13 days. I think being a little impatient here.

    Missing interactables have been the main issue for me. Reported and fixed quickly.

    But yesterday, I had a nasty one.

    The Kill Merdyndril quest. Thought I was fighting David Copperfield. He kept disappearing before the fight would end. And the quest couldn't be completed.

    Abandoned and restarted that quest 7 times.

    Customer service is the main reason I canceled. I could have lived with the bugs (maybe) if I felt like they were being addressed and paid attention to. But, cut and paste emails from Customer Disservice that often have no bearing on my situation makes me want to spend my time elsewhere.
    Also I know people threaten to quit all the time but you didnt drop all that money on the box to quit the first month. Most do not follow through.

    Maybe that is significant money to you. But, not all gamers live in their parent's basement. To me and a lot of people I know, it is not significant. My time is far more valuable to me. So, you might want to be a little more informed before making stupid statements like this.

If you are not a paying customer then you should not be allowed to post here. Im hoping Zenimax fixes this very soon.     I'll tell you want. Back in the day FF11 think around 2002. That game was almost flawless. THEY knew how to run a MMO. Almost 0 bugs and no downtime. That MMO was ahead of it's time. Real talk

    I've noticed things getting better, actually. I had to file two tickets last night, and I got actual human responses to both of them last night. One of them even initiated chat with me. To me, at least, it's looking like they're starting to take customer service seriously.
