Weird Font problem since macOS 10.14.5

As you can see in the screenshot, I have some weird Font problem since I upgraded to the latest version of macOS.
The problem definitely occurs only on this version. When I downgrade to 10.14.4, everything works normal.
Beside downgrading again to 10.14.5 (which I absolutely not want to) ... what can I do?

And so far? No one has a fix our side. It looks like this isn't something end users can work around.1 -
