Some NB skills not working?

I tested Concealed Weapon last night, for the 25% stealth movement speed, and it did absolutely nothing. With it slotted on my active bar.

Also, I tested my damage after using Mark Target, against NPCS of various types, and saw ZERO increase in damage. I have not tested the numbers against players, but it was my not noticing any damage increase against them, that spurred me on to test it.

All of these tests were done in Cyrodiil. Anyone able to confirm these issues?

quite a few NB skills that do not work. Crippling Grasps is supposed to siphon movement speed from the target and give it to you. Target is not snared, I run no faster, so all it is at the moment is a dot.

Didn't test that one. Funny thing, is it's on my main skill bar. So that means 3 of my 5 main skills are not working.

A lot of NB skills and passives doesnt work. There are so many posts about it, and not a single comment from ZOS -_-

Anyway, i have morphed Mark Target into Reapers mark and that works though, both with the bonus spell damage and weapon damage and the armor reduction, if its the correct AMOUNT however im not sure.

Also pressure points doesnt work along with dual wields Twin B&B

Cripple dosnt seem to work either, i cant see a change in my movement or the enemies at least.

Concerning Concealed weapon. If you are a vampire with the last passive (increased stealth speed) then im not sure if they are supposed to stack, if your not a vampire and not increased then yeah, broken. Ive spent so many points on stuff that i cant see is working :-(

I thought it was just me, but I am finding my skills are not working as described either. I have died several times due to this..

I found another one, if you use path of darkness , then shadow cloak to get off the sneak attack stun. The stun never works while in path of darkness, if I use it out of this path works fine..

NB's need serious attention!

Cleave morph which adds the shield, even while warding you still take damage.
Most Duel Wield passives do not work.
Mark Target does nothing apart from heal when the target dies.
Lotus Fan does not snare targets.

Reapers Mark is the skill I tested. Though it does allow you to see the target if they stealth, it doesn't change my damage.

And no, not a vampire. I have silver bolts to kill the suckers who were dumb enough to go vamp!
