Update on ps4 servers?

Just checked their Twitter account their last update which said they are looking into it was 6 hours ago. How do they go so long without communicating with the community? That is absolutely unacceptable.

They don't communicate, that's a huge issue. Gina said back in November they were working in new communication and we still haven't seen it. It's not coming

It tells you at the top of the screen they are still investigating it... Shoulda bought a Xbox ☕ I'm online and playing right now. What you doing?? I'll leave you to your unacceptable behavior on the forums while I get my boxes. Take care.
