Is there a PvE scoreboard out there that I am missing that tracks what DC, EP, and AD characters do in these dungeons to contribute to each of their alliance's causes, and then rewards the players based on their contribution to that cause, more so if they win, less so if they lose? Is it based on the premise of a competitive AvAvA atmosphere. Do you gain and lose control of these dungeons depending on the outcome of the run? Do the NPC's really care what faction you are. Will they fight along side you based on your faction, or against you?

You can try to belittle it all you want, it doesn't take away from the fact that Cyrodiil is the only large scale, competitive AvAvA zone in the game. PvE is exactly the place where faction should not matter. It is the place where you can play with your friends as you want. It is not AvAvA and never has been. It used to be Alliance exclusive, but there was no compelling reason for it to be that way. There will still be a server where faction hopping can happen. There will be a choice, right now there is no choice. If you choose to not make that choice, well you still made the choice.---Rush
