Launcher Not Updating After Today's Patch

Is anyone else having issues with the launcher not updating after today's patch? It goes at a fairly decent speed until about 25% and slows down a lot. And around 28% it slows down even more. I have it set to an unlimited speed, and other downloads and speeds are going very well for me. If anyone has an idea on what it could be, I'd be appreciative.
