Cant log into game ps4 na server

I get to the announcement page hit x and after 30 seconds it backs me out say connection fail. Now i just ran a speed test 312 down 17 up so i have connection i just cant connect to zos server. What gives?

    Finally was able to log in, kept rrrying about 20 times but stuck in a 3 minute long load screen.
