Missing Imperial edition pet/maps

Hi,
I've pre-ordered the Imperial Edition, but as of yet have not received the Scuttler pet, mudcrab, or the maps.
I did, however, receive some of the bonuses I was expecting: The monkey pet, ritual of mara, and imperial horse.

If you pre-purchased the Imperial Edition of ESO, you will have access to those bonuses during Early Access. If you haven't received the bonuses you should have during Early Access, be sure to let us know and we can create a help ticket so that our Support Team can look into it!0 -
Alarra✭✭✭To anyone who reads this later (possibly by finding it in a search like I did), the mudcrab is also an April 4th thing. I thought I was supposed to have it because ZOS_JasonL's post said only the Explorer's Pack, so I went to submit a ticket, but then when I hit Submit it brought up suggested answers, and one of them said that the Mudcrab was on the 4th.UESP - Your source for The Elder Scrolls since 1995.

As Jason said in his reply you quoted "All other Explorer's Pack bonuses will be available at launch on April 4", so it is correct that you don't have those items yet.0 -

The scuttler pet and treasure maps are not Imperial Edition bonuses, they are Explorer Pack bonuses, which will be available on official launch day.
The FAQ states that certain Imperial Edition bonuses will be available during early access (that is, the implication is that not all the bonuses will be available until the 4th).
If you haven't received all your bonuses by the 5th April, check the CS forum for announcements and submit a ticket if necessary. ETA: Actually wait till the 6th. The FAQ talks about a 48 hour grace period from the 4th, possibly the anticipated length of time it will take to get everyone their toys.
