Weren`t digital preorders supposed to come with 5 day early access?

I`m sure i read that digital preorders came with 5 days and hard copys came with 3 day. i preordered digital and only got 3

Syn✭I preordered physical Imperial edition from a third party retailer. I was supposed to get 5 day.
I didn't because my retailer sucks, though.0 -

GameStop and ZOS did not make the terms clear and it needs investigation. So many of us have been ignored by both entities.0
